The Board of Directors of Nickel Asia Corporation in the meeting held on November 08, 2019 appointed Martin Antonio G. Zamora, the Company's President, to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective January 01, 2020. Mr. Zamora assumes the CEO position vice Gerard H. Brimo, who is retiring as CEO on December 31, 2019. Mr. Brimo will have executive functions, primarily to work with the President and CEO to develop the strategy for the Company's future growth, including to identify opportunities for value-enhancing initiatives such as acquisitions and joint ventures, as may be deemed beneficial for the long-term interest of the Company.

He will also oversee the Company's copper-gold initiatives. Mr. Brimo will continue to represent the Company in the Chamber of Mines, of which he is the incumbent Chairman. At the same meeting, the Board also approved the following changes in the Management of the Company in the succeeding months: Promotion of Georgina Carolina Y. Martinez, currently Vice President ­ Legal, as Senior Vice President ­ Compliance and Corporate Services, effective January 01, 2020.

Atty. Martinez will be in charge of the Company's Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology Departments, in addition to her functions as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. She will continue to report directly to the President and CEO.
