Nissei Plastic Industrial Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6293) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 500,000 shares, representing 2.5% of its share capital, for ¥600 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and as part of its comprehensive shareholder return policy. The program will run until June 30, 2020. As of January 31, 2020, the company had 19,987,584 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 2,284,416 shares in treasury.
