No.1 Co.,Ltd (TSE:3562) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 340,000 shares, representing 4.93% of the outstanding shares for ¥510 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.
The program will run until August 31, 2023. As of April 30, 2023, the company had 6,893,960 shares outstanding and 193,410 shares in treasury.
