No.1 Co.,Ltd (JASDAQ:3562) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 1.51% of the outstanding shares for ¥175.2 million. The purpose of the program is to return profits to shareholders and implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until April 14, 2022. As of February 28, 2021, the company had 6,611,174 shares outstanding and 93,386 shares in treasury.
