Nu-Med Plus, Inc. announced that on December 31, 2021, Thomas Tate resigned as director; William Moon resigned as a director; and Dr. Craig Morrison resigned as a director. Dr. Morrison is moving to a position on Medical Advisory Board. None of these individuals have any disputes with the Company and all resigning for their own individual personal reasons.

Reagent Delivery provides a range of concentrations and flow rates of NO.
