On December 11, 2020, Odonate Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that positive results from CONTESSA, a Phase 3 study of tesetaxel in patients with metastatic breast cancer, were presented in an oral presentation at the 2020 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. These results are summarized in the Company's press release dated December 11, 2020 (the "Press Release"). A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
