【Follow-Up】Notice of problems during the relocation of the new Oisix distribution center
Oisix ra daichi inc. (hereinafter the "Company") follow up on the present status of "Notice of problems during the relocation of the new Oisix distribution center" which we reported on Jan. 24, 2022.
As a result of the recovery efforts, we have been able to complete the delivery of the shipment of products without delay from Jan. 25.

3. Current Status
Regarding the shipment, we have been able to complete the delivery of the shipment of products without delay from Jan. 25.
4. Future Outlook and Business Impact
The Company are currently examining the impact on our consolidated business performance for the 2022/3.
We plan to disrobe the details of this problems within the 2022/3 3Q Financial Material disclosed on Febrary 10, 2022.
