Lars Roisch, Managing Director of Stein along with Andreas Schulz and Andreas Ligendza acquired an unknown majority stake in Stein Promotions Gmbh from Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE:OMC) on May 23, 2012. Omnicom Group will continue to hold a significant minority stake in Stein Promotions.
Lars Roisch, Managing Director of Stein along with Andreas Schulz and Andreas Ligendza completed the acquisition of an unknown majority stake in Stein Promotions Gmbh from Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE:OMC) on May 23, 2012.
Omnicom Group, Inc. is a holding company organized around 7 areas of activity:
