The calculation is based on the equity attributable to owners of the parent
of the 2022Q1 consolidated financial statements, which was NT$9,354,200
thousands. The cancellation of employee restricted shares was 19,200
shares.
(1)Before the cancellation of the employee restricted shares:
OSE paid-in capital was NT$7,355,967,330, outstanding
shares were 735,596,733 shares(including common shares of
private placement 70,784,915 shares and Class C preferred shares of
private placement 180,180,000 shares), and the net book value per share
was NT$12.72.
(2)After the cancellation of the employee restricted shares:
OSE paid-in capital was NT$7,355,775,330, outstanding
shares were 735,577,533 shares(including common shares of
private placement 70,784,915 shares and Class C preferred shares of
private placement 180,180,000 shares), and the net book value per share
was NT$12.72.
