Emeis: sales up 11% in Q1
This organic growth resulted from a 2.1 point increase in the average occupancy rate to 85.1%, a sustained effect of price increases and the positive impact of the contribution of new facilities opened.
Sales grew by 6.3% in France, where the average occupancy rate remained stable at 85.9%, and by 15.5% internationally, where the average occupancy rate improved by 3.5 points to 84.6%.
