Mikael Landberg takes on the position as Chief Operating Officer and member of OX2’s Leadership Team, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a human resources strategy that aligns with OX2’s business strategy and targets.

In his new position Mikael Landberg will be responsible for talent management, remuneration matters, culture and ensuring an effective management of HR systems and data analytics to support OX2’s business needs. Mikael Landberg has extensive experience from the international and listed environment. Most recently he comes from Veoneer, a world leader in automotive electronics safety. Before that he held similar positions at Sweco and DeLaval.
