Padini Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are mainly dealers of garments, ancillary products, ladiesâ€™ shoes and accessories, as well as provision of management services and electronic commerce. Its segments include investment holding, apparel and footwear and management services. The investment holding segment is engaged in the holding of investments in shares of the subsidiaries. The apparels and footwear segment is engaged in promoting and marketing fashionable apparel, footwear and accessories. The management service segment is engaged in the provision of management services. In the domestic market, its products are sold through numerous retail stores, consignment counters, as well as internal and external online portals. In the multi-brand Padini Concept Stores and single-brand stores, its products are carried under brand names, such as Vincci, Vincci Accessories, Vincci Mini, Padini Authentics, PDI, Padini, and others.
