The transaction included participation from Lubansoft for 211,282 shares for CNY 9,999,977.06; Lu Wei for 316,923 shares for CNY 14,999,965.59; UBS Investment Bank, Investment Arm for 211,282 shares for CNY 9,999,977.06; Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. for 570,462 shares for CNY 26,999,966.46; Nuode Asset Management Co., Ltd. for 500,198 shares for CNY 23,674,371.34. The company paid CNY 3,745,103.91 as issuance fees in the transaction.
