Pansoft Company Limited (SZSE:300996) signed an agreement to acquire Beijing Shiguigu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. from Gong Menglong, Huang Jingshan, Si Daqi, Zhao Shibo, Zhao Zhanjun, Zhang Weimin and Li Haijin for CNY 24 million on June 22, 2022. In this transaction, Gong Menglong will sell 26.0309% stake, Huang jingshan will sell 20.1031% stake, Si Daqi will sell 18.0413% stake, Zhao Shibo will sell 14.6907% stake, Zhao Zhanjun will sell 11.3402% stake, Zhang Weimin will sell 5.6701% stake and Li Haijin will sell 4.1237% stake in Beijing Shiguigu Science & Technology. Pansoft Company will use its own funds of CNY 24 million for this acquisition. After the acquisition, Beijing Shiguigu Science & Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pansoft Company. Beijing Shiguigu Science & Technology has reported total assets of CNY 16.27146138 million and net profit of CNY 2.64756906 million on December 31, 2021. The board of Pansoft Company approved the deal on June 22, 2022.
