Last night, the Paref group unveiled plans to restructure its Léon Frot office property in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, a building built in the 1980s and acquired in 2016 from the Mairie de Paris.

The property management specialist says it plans to carry out restructuring and elevation work with the aim of repositioning the asset, which no longer met current standards in terms of comfort, energy performance and environmental quality.

The building, which offers almost 2,000 m2 of office and retail space, has been completely cleaned and asbestos-removed in preparation for the major works, namely the construction of two additional storeys and the advancement of the street façade.

Paref also plans to completely replace the façades and to develop the basement premises into retail space

Ultimately, the building will develop almost 2.900 m2 , including around 2,300 m2 of office space and almost 600 m2 of retail space.

The complex, which will also benefit from the creation of green roofs and terraces, is aiming for BREEAM RFO 'Very Good' and HQE Bâtiment Durable 'Very High Performance' certification.
