Pasona Group Inc is a Japan-based company mainly provides human resources (HR) solutions. It has six segments. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Solutions segment accepts or undertakes tasks from clients and processes them through a system of employees and workers who have signed employment contracts to carry out the tasks. The Expert Solutions segment recruits and registers temporary staff and dispatches them to companies. The Career Solutions segment recruits and registers job seekers and job seekers, while also collecting job information and conducting a fee-based employment placement business to match mutual needs. The Global Solutions segment provides a full range of HR related services overseas, including recruitment, temporary staffing and contract work, payroll, and education and training. The Life Solutions segment engages in childcare support and education, nursing care, and life support businesses. It also has the Regional Revitalization and Tourism Solutions segment.
