Andrew Birnbaum acquired 76.6% stake in Quest Management Inc. (OTCPK:QSMG) from Friction & Heat, LLC for $0.4 million on June 4, 2020. Under the terms of the consideration, Andrew Birnbaum acquired 200 million shares of Quest Management Inc. and settled the transaction in exchange of promissory notes. Pursuant to the transaction, Andrew Birnbaum was appointed as sole officer and director of Quest Management Inc. while Yamilka Veras resigned as sole officer and director of Quest Management Inc. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders and Board of Directors of Quest Management Inc.
