Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the second half of 2018. Based on the financial results available to date, the profit for the second half of 2018 is expected to be increased compared to the first half of the year. Also, results for the entire year of 2018 are expected to be at higher levels compared to last year. The estimates include a profit of EUR 7.7 million which arose in December 2018 from the sale of a 35% shareholding in the subsidiary company LCA Aviation Fueling System Limited ("LAFS"), taking into consideration the provisions of IFRS 10 "Consolidated Financial Statements" and more specifically the reclassification of LAFS from subsidiary to affiliated company. The increased profits compared to last year also result from the contribution of LAFS, whose results are included in the annual results for the first time, as the company launched its operations in October 2017.
