Corrigendum to the Notice dated June 22, 2015 giving information about 64th Annual General Meeting, E-voting information and Book Closure

We refer to the notice published in Business Standard and Sakal on 23rd June, 2015 in respect of the 64th Annual General Meeting and e-voting information. Members are hereby informed that t he Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will be closed from "Tuesday, 7th July, 2015 to Monday, 13th July, 2015 (both days inclusive)" for the purpose of payment of dividend instead of "Friday, 3rd July, 2015 to Monday, 13th July, 2015 (both days inclusive) " as published on 23rd June, 2015

Members are hereby further informed that reference to Notice of Book Closure period Friday, 3rd July, 2015 to Monday, 13th July, 2015 (both days inclusive)" appearing on page numbers 4 and 50 of the Annual Report of the Company should be read as " Tuesday, 7th July, 2015 to Monday, 13th July, 2015 (both days inclusive)". Consequently, reference to "close of business hours on Thursday, 2nd July, 2015" appearing on the said pages of the Annual Report shall stand substituted with "close of business hours on Monday, 6th July, 2015".

Stakeholders are requested to read the Annual Report 2014-15 with above corrigendum.
