PJSC Tatneft : TATNEFT Held a Public Council Session in Aznakayevo

The Company organized a regular public council session on education and health care of the region in Aznakayevo.

The Council session was attended by Rustam Mukhamadeyev, Deputy General Director of TATNEFT andAzat Yagafarov, Deputy General Director of TATNEFT, Renat Mamin, Director of the TATNEFT's Charity Fund, Marsel Shaydullin, Head of the Aznakayevsky Municipal region, Ildar Fatikhov, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, bloggers, representatives of the media and public organizations of the region.

The issues of preschool education, school education, the organization of children's leisure, as well as the health care system, relevant to the Aznakayevsky region, were raised during the meeting.

The results of the TATNEFT's social activities in the Aznakayevsky region over the past 3 years were presented to the event participants and new projects were introduced to them: the construction of a tennis center, biolaboratories in the region's schools, and grant support for children's interest groups. In addition, during the meeting, the representatives of TATNEFT heard the applications of the region's residents, aimed at improving the social situation in the region.

The program 'TATNEFT's and childhood. Dialogue with the future' will help improving the quality of education for preschoolers in Aznakayevo, aimed at the development of kindergartens in the south-eastern part of the Republic. The Company will consider the issue of purchasing lego robots for the Aznakayevo Center of the Children's Creativity to attract the interest of children to robotics and technical creativity, and it also plans to support the development of sports tourism.

TATNEFT plans participating in the project of re-profiling Lyceum No. 4 into a Physics and Mathematics Lyceum for gifted children and its cooperating with the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute.

The Company will provide rent apartments for medical personnel involved in the Aznakayevsky region aimed at resolving the staffing issues in the healthcare sector. This will continue TATNEFT's program to support the healthcare system and will help to significantly ease the solution of the personnel issue in the Aznakayevo Central Regional Hospital.

The Public Councils are becoming a traditional form of TATNEFT interaction with the population and they are organized to enhance the efficiency of the Company's social investments in the regions where the Company operates. Previously, TATNEFT used a similar format of communication with the public at large and governmental authority bodies in Almetyevsk and Leninogorsk.

The final public council of the current year is scheduled for September.
