ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION:

On our public disclosure dated April 16, 2019, Polisan Holding announced that it decided to halt its agricultural activities in order to concentrate on its core business lines; and that the agricultural land owned by its subsidiaries in Aydın, Manisa and Balıkesir provinces, has been put up for sale. In this context, Polisan Kimya, a 100% subsidiary of Polisan Holding, signed a protocol to sell approximately 3.9 million square meters of agricultural land in Balıkesir and Manisa for TRY8 million (excluding VAT). A public disclosure will be made when the sale process is completed.
