Type: Oil Supply Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement").

Subject: supply of oil.

1. Contents of transaction, including civil rights and obligations being determined, modified or terminated by means of this major transaction: Supplier shall provide, and Buyer shall accept and pay for oil (hereinafter - Product) in amount of 2,710,000 tons (+/- 5% at discretion of Supplier) from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024, subject to terms and conditions set forth in Agreement. Supplier, acting on its own behalf and at expense of Buyer, shall provide services on Product transmission and storage via oil trunkline system.
2. Parties and beneficiaries of major transaction:

PJSC Gazprom Neft as Buyer.

JSC Gazprom Dobycha Tomsk as Supplier.

1. Period of obligations under major transaction: Agreement is effective from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024, and in event of nonperformance and/or improper performance of obligations thereunder - until their complete fulfillment.
2. Value of major transaction in monetary terms and as percentage of value of assets of entity controlled by issuer and materially important for issuer: shall not exceed RUB 143,630,155,148 (VAT included), which equals 229% of asset value.

2.9. Value of assets determined on basis of accounting (financial) statements of entity controlled by issuer and materially important for issuer, as of last reporting date: RUB 62,716,830,000 as of September 30, 2021.
