EnBW Telekommunikation GmbH entered into an agreement to acquire Plusnet GmbH & Co. KG from QSC AG (XTRA:QSC) for approximately €230 million on May 6, 2019. The transaction is subject to the antitrust and regulatory approvals, as well as other closing conditions. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2019.
