Rawlplug's service department staff attended specialised training prepared by Hydrajaws, a leading manufacturer of pull testers for anchors, other fixings and fasteners.
Early this year, we announced the launch of service and calibration for Rawlplug's testers and similar devices manufactured by Hydrajaws from the UK. Thus, users of Hydrajaws testers will be able to have the necessary calibration as well as maintenance and repair work performed much more rapidly, without having to send the equipment to the UK and incurring the related costs. They will also have easier access to the required spare parts.
The process of implementing the service is going as planned. Last week, Andrew Middleton, key account manager from Hydrajaws Limited, visited Rawlplug's headquarters in Wrocław to hold specialised training for our service technicians. This is the final stage before the official launch of the new service, intended to make life easier for users of testers offered by Rawlplug, but not only.
