From April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020, the company has repurchased 529,922 shares, representing 2.25% for KRW 2,113.76 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 750,000 shares, representing 3.18% for KRW 2,889.67 million under the buyback announced on March 20, 2020.
Samho Development Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the civil engineering business. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in two segments: construction segment and venture capital segment. Its construction segment is involved in the construction of expressways, subways, bridges, tunnels, leisure facilities and port facilities, as well as residential and industrial complexes and others.
