From January 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019, the company has repurchased 284,444 shares, representing 1.18% for KRW 1,458.06 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 600,000 shares, representing 2.48% for KRW 2,911.08 million under the buyback announced on October 31, 2018.
Samho Development Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the civil engineering business. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in two segments: construction segment and venture capital segment. Its construction segment is involved in the construction of expressways, subways, bridges, tunnels, leisure facilities and port facilities, as well as residential and industrial complexes and others. Its venture capital segment is involved in the investment in start-up entrepreneurs, business portfolios and other small- and medium-sized new technology venture companies. It also provides aggregates, leasing of properties and others.
