From March 20, 2020 to March 31, 2020, the company has repurchased 220,078 shares, representing 0.93% for KRW 775.91 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 220,078 shares, representing 0.93% for KRW 775.91 million under the buyback announced on March 20, 2020.

The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates in two segments: construction segment and venture capital segment.
