Samil Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032280) and Dongbang Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004140) acquired an additional 9% stake in Pohang Port 7th Terminal Operating Co.,LTD from Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) for KRW 4.5 million on June 22, 2017. Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd sold 900 shares amounting to 9% stake for KRW 4.5 million at KRW 5000 per share. Dongbang Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. acquired 200 shares amounting to 2% stake for KRW 1 million and Samil Co.,Ltd acquired 700 shares amounting to 7% stake for KRW 3.5 million. After the transaction, Dongbang Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. holds 2900 shares amounting to 29% stake, Samil Co.,Ltd. holds 2700 shares amounting to 27% stake and Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. holds 2800 shares amounting to 28% stake.
