Securitag Assembly Group Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 285.32 million compared to TWD 243.6 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 29.55 million compared to TWD 21.88 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.83 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.83 compared to TWD 0.61 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 784.37 million compared to TWD 750.28 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 77.25 million compared to TWD 74.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.17 compared to TWD 2.1 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.16 compared to TWD 2.1 a year ago.
Securitag Assembly Group Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and RFID labels. The Company mainly provides RFID tags, including silicone bangle wristbands, metal stick tags, laundry tags and others, and RFID labels, including smart labels, cube smart labels, tamper proof labels and others. The Company also provides proximity cards, including clamshell cards, key tag cards, thermo rewrite cards and others; RFID keyfobs, including sailboat keyfobs, thumb keyfobs, pear epoxy keyfobs, mini keyfobs, arch keyfob tags, translucent keyfobs and others, and inlay products, such as cube inlays. Its products are used in gate systems, electronic wallets, member cards, asset management and other areas. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
