On July 18, 2023, Mostafa Ronaghi, Ph.D. informed Seer, Inc. of his resignation as a member of
the company's Board of Directors (the Board") and all committees thereof, effective immediately. In connection
with Dr. Ronaghi's resignation from the Board, the size of the Board was decreased from nine to eight members.
Seer, Inc. is a life sciences company. The Company is engaged in developing transformative products that open a new gateway to the proteome.
