An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Hommachi Garden City from Sekisui House Reit, Inc. (TSE:3309) for ¥44500 million on March 19, 2024. The consideration consists of ¥44500 million in cash. The acquisition will take place in two installments, the first being 65.0% of the quasi co-ownership interest on May 1, 2024, while the second being 35.0% on November 1, 2024.
The transaction is expected to complete on November 1, 2024.
