ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. announced that at a meeting held on December 20, 2021, its Board of Directors increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.20 per share to $0.23 per share. The dividend is payable on January 7, 2022 to stockholders of record as of January 1, 2022.
