Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 618.92 million compared to PHP 509.39 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,387.73 million compared to PHP 1,818 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,255.58 million compared to PHP 1,031.26 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.264 compared to PHP 0.217 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.264 compared to PHP 0.217 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 1,234.68 million compared to PHP 976.13 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 4,699.12 million compared to PHP 3,265.46 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,397.41 million compared to PHP 1,507.57 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.503 compared to PHP 0.317 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.503 compared to PHP 0.317 a year ago.
