Shang Properties, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 1,022.632 million compared to PHP 901.220 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,109.125 million compared to PHP 84.000 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.233 compared to PHP 0.018 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was PHP 2,199.762 million compared to PHP 2,945.830 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,495.222 million compared to PHP 700.238 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.314 compared to PHP 0.147 a year ago.
