Shin-Etsu Polymer Co.,Ltd. has proposed to pay a year-end cash dividend of JPY 8 per share. As a result, the annual dividend will total JPY 16 per share, including the interim dividend paid of JPY 8 per share, which is JPY 4 higher than that for the previous fiscal year. Effective date of dividend from surplus is June 26, 2019.
