Shiva Mills Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the textile business. The Company's principal line of business is manufacturing and marketing of cotton yarn. The Company has a spinning unit near Dindigul, Tamil Nadu with an installed capacity of approximately 39072 spindles with a production capacity of approximately 20 tons of cotton yarn per day. This unit specializes in production of 100% cotton yarn for knitting mostly counts 20/1 to 40/1. The Company exports around 20% - 30% of cotton yarn produced to far east countries. The Company has installed approximately 22 windmills, having cumulative capacity of 10.65 megawatts (MW) in Tamil Nadu. This produces around 20 million units (MU) units of green energy, being utilized through captive arrangement.
