Solocal : appoints Julie Gualino-Daly at the head of the Investor Relations department

Solocal appoints Julie Gualino-Daly at the head of the Investor Relationsdepartment

Currently Solocal Director for Treasury and Financing, Julie Gualino-Daly is also nominated at the head of

the company's Investor Relations department. She will be the lead interface with all the company's investors and shareholders while striving to shore up the company's financial health. Julie will report toOlivier Regnard, Solocal CFO and Executive Committee member.

Throughout her career Julie has built up in-depth expertise in corporate funding, private debt and listed bonds, while working for European companies in a broadrange of business sectors.

Having graduated from EM Lyon, Julie began her career with EY in 2001 as startups and mid-caps auditor. In 2005, she moved to BNP Paribas to take care of Structured Finance working for large French media/telecoms firms, for whom she carried out LBOs, project financing and debt restructurings. In 2012, she joined Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (EDRAM) as high-yield bond fund manager where she

invested in bonds issued by 100+ European companies rated below BBB-.

Julie Gualino-Daly takes over from Nathalie Etzenbach-Huguenin who was recently appointed SolocalGeneral Secretary and Executive Committee member.

On this occasion, Alima Lelarge Levy is appointed Head of Investor Relations and will report to Julie Gualino-Daly.
