Director to be Newly Appointed are Tadahiro Fujimura presently Representative Director, Managing Executive Officer, CIO at SPARX Asset Management Co. Ltd. and Kimikazu Noumi presently Advisor at J-Will Corporation Ltd, Outside Director at Wismettac Nishimoto HD Co. Ltd. and Konica Minolta Inc.
