Squarespace, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, Revenue was $196,010,000 against $149,640,000 a year ago. Operating loss was $240,917,000 against income of $26,686,000 a year ago. Net loss was $234,532,000 against income of $18,539,000 a year ago. Net loss per share attributable to Class A, Class B, and Class C common stockholders, basic was $3.32 against income of $0.14 a year ago.
For the six months, Revenue was $375,656,000 against $286,514,000 a year ago. Operating loss was $248,178,000 against income of $14,337,000 a year ago. Net loss was $235,678,000 against income of $8,407,000 a year ago. Net loss per share attributable to Class A, Class B, and Class C common stockholders, basic was $4.54 against income of $0.05 a year ago.
