STV Group plc proposed a final dividend of 7.4p per share for 2023, giving a full year dividend of 11.3p per share, in line with 2022, after considering all relevant factors including ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty. subject to approval by shareholders at the 2024 AGM scheduled for 1 May 2024. The proposed dividend would be payable on 31 May 2024 to shareholders who are on the register at 19 April 2024.
The ex-dividend date is 18 April 2024.
