SYN-TECH Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 159.18 million compared to TWD 220.33 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 28.2 million compared to TWD 34.33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.94 compared to TWD 1.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.94 compared to TWD 1.14 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 611.09 million compared to TWD 760.8 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 102.42 million compared to TWD 151.94 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.41 compared to TWD 5.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.4 compared to TWD 5.05 a year ago.
SYN-TECH Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the production, processing and distribution of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The Companyâs main products consist of muscle relaxants, local anesthetics, cardiovascular agents, antipyretics, analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs, antimicrobials, spirit stabilizers, intermediates and others.
