T-Robotics.Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A117730) announced that it will receive KRW 10,000,000,000 in a round of funding on December 26, 2019. The company will issue 3rd unregistered unguaranteed private convertible bonds in the transaction. The bond maturity date is December 27, 2022. The debentures are 100% convertible at a price of KRW 10,572. The conversion period starts from December 27, 2020 and ends on November 27, 2022. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The company expects to close the transaction on December 27, 2019.
T-ROBOTICS Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the production and sale of semiconductor machineries. The major products include medium to large sized robots for transporting glass used in the display process, medium to large sized system products and modules for logistics used in the display process. The robots include hybrid type, scissors type, link type, and linear type vacuum robots, among others. The system products include mask chambers, transfer chambers, and load lock chambers, among others. In addition, the Company manufactures and sells semiconductor and display small robots. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
