TATNEFT : Participates in the Oil and Gas KIOGE 2022 Exhibition

Bolat Akchulakov, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Magzum Mirzagaliev, Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas, and other officials familiarized themselves with the Company's exposition at the International Oil and Gas Exhibition KIOGE-2022.

The XXVIII-th industry exhibition KIOGE-2022 is being held in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) from September 28 to 30. The technologies and competencies of the Company presented at the presentation platform aroused the interest of its visitors. The availability of the Company's own research and design entities allows TATNEFT for providing a full range of services and technical support in the construction and modernization of crude oil production, oil refining and petrochemical production facilities. The most important element of the Company's personnel strategy is the educational cluster, which includes schools, technical schools, universities and research institutes.

The culture of sustainable subsurface resources management introduced at TATNEFT includes the development of the latest technologies that increase crude oil recovery and reduce the burden on the environment; secondary use of natural resources, environmental protection measures. Reducing the carbon footprint is facilitated by projects for the collection and processing of secondary raw materials.

High-tech developments of the Company are actively integrated into the social and economic sphere. An example is the unique eco-village "Aktyuba", where conditions have been created for comfortable living for people and the production of science-intensive biotechnological products without environmental impact. Within the framework of this project, modern biotechnological production facilities based on energy-saving energy-efficient developments are assembled into a single closed complex.

Biotechnologies are considered by TATNEFT as a promising area for ensuring sustainability and an opportunity to develop the scientific and business environment. The scientific and educational cluster created by the Company makes it possible to integrate science, education and production on a single platform and obtain a synergistic effect for the development of the economy.

The Company has also presented the own technologies and competencies at the Kazakhstan site in oil refining, petrochemistry, process automation, as well as products of the composite cluster, including those based on vegetable origin materials (flax), which reduce the carbon footprint.
