--Tencent Holdings has joined the list of potential suitors for Hong Kong-listed gaming company Leyou Technologies Holdings, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--According to Bloomberg, an announcement on the talks could be released as soon as Friday.
--Sony Corp. is also mulling a bid for Leyou, which has a market value of about $1.1 billion, Bloomberg reports.
