TCB temporarily closes Houston locations in response to Tropical Storm Harvey.
DALLAS, TX, August 28, 2017 - Due to the impacts of Tropical Storm Harvey, Texas Capital Bank today announced that all of its Houston locations will be closed until further notice. The bank has implemented its business continuity plan, and is in active communication with Houston-area employees, all of whom have been accounted for. The bank expects to have reduced operating capability in Houston, but does not anticipate that the disruption will be significant to the bank in the near term.
'As this storm continues to unfold, our thoughts and prayers are with all the people of Houston and surrounding communities. We stand ready to support the needs of colleagues, customers and the business community at large,' said Texas Capital Bank President and CEO, Keith Cargill. 'We appreciate the efforts of the city, state, and federal officials who are working tirelessly to rescue individuals and restore services to affected areas.'
As a result of the flooding in the Houston area, and the concern for customers and employees, the management team has decided to close its locations until the bank's facilities and adjoining roads are accessible. Texas Capital Bank will continue to monitor the safety, security and infrastructure reliability of its offices and banking centers in the Houston region.
Texas Capital Bank's Houston-area closures include the following locations:
Executive Offices
One Riverway, Suite 2100, Houston, TX 77056
2930 West Sam Houston Pkwy N, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77043
Banking Centers

4424 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Suite 170, Houston, TX 77041
Despite temporary closures, online banking clients may still access their accounts and conduct routine banking transactions through the online banking portal at Texas Capital Bank's website. Additionally, online banking clients may access their accounts through Texas Capital Bank's mobile banking app, which is available on iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices.
Customers who need additional banking assistance are encouraged to contact Texas Capital Bank's Client Support team at 800-839-2801 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. CT.
