The Towa Bank, Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2023 and year ending March 31, 2024. For the six months ending September 30, 2023, the company expects an ordinary profit of JPY 1,250 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 1,000 million or JPY 27.08 per share.
For the year ending March 31, 2024, the company expects an ordinary profit of JPY 2,500 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 2,000 million or JPY 48.54 per share.
