Toast, Inc. Announced resignation of Christopher P. Comparato as Chairperson of the Board effective January 1, 2024. Additionally, the Board has appointed Mark Hawkins, Lead Independent Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board, to serve as the Chairperson of the Board, effective January 1, 2024. The composition of the Board and its respective committees did not otherwise change as a result of the appointments described above.
