Topaz Resources, Inc. (OTCPK:TOPZ) is in talks to acquire pretrol station business from Esso Ireland Ltd., reported The Irish Times. According to reports, Topaz is close to acquiring 38 Esso owned garages. Topaz also hopes to acquire the rights to supply another 55 dealer-owned premises that operate under the Esso brand.
A spokesman for Topaz refused to confirm the talks.
