TOTVS S.A. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011. For the quarter, the company reported net revenue was BRL 335.066 million an increase of 13.3% compared to fourth quarter of 2010. EBITDA was BRL 87.052 million an increase of 11.9% compared to fourth quarter of 2010. Net Income was BRL 60.03 million an increase of 42.9% compared to fourth quarter of 2010.
For the year, the company reported net revenue was BRL 1,279.160 million an increase of 13.3% compared to the same period of 2010. EBITDA was BRL 308.683 million an increase of 6.6% compared to the same period of 2010. Net Income was BRL 169.383 million an increase of 23.2% compared to the same period of 2010.
The company proposed dividend of BRL 99.511 million for fiscal year 2011, representing BRL 0.6240 per share an increase of 12.7% compared to 2010.
