From July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, the company has repurchased 39,400 shares, representing 0.42% for ¥289.77 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 154,800 shares, representing 1.63% for ¥1,055.97 million under the buyback announced on April 26, 2023.
TRANCOM CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of logistics business of client companies and the construction and operation of logistics network. The Company operates through three business segments. The Logistics Management business is engaged in the lump-sum commissioning of logistics functions of client companies and the operation of distribution centers.
